The Charles County Sheriffs Office is searching for a critical missing 14 year old male who was last seen at his house in the 5100 block of Vest Lane in Waldorf at about 12 noon today. Storm Williams, who family members say has the mental capacity of an 8 year old, left his house and has not returned home. The youth was reported missing to the CCSO at about 4:00 pm today. Williams is a black male, 5’7″, 115 pounds wearing a blue tee shirt and gray shorts. Anyone with information should call 3019322222.
