Disorderly Conduct (twice in 8 hours) On June 18, 2013, at approximately 1:37 am, Deputies responded to the area of Midway Drive and Yorktown Road in Lexington Park, Maryland to assist Maryland State Police on a traffic stop. While on scene, Orbin Hans Carter, 28, of Lexington Park, a passenger in the stopped vehicle was shouting profanities from the vehicle. Carter dropped a bottle of Seagrams Gin out of the vehicle onto the roadway causing the bottle to shatter. Carters continuous conduct caused surrounding neighbors to look out their windows. Carter was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Deputy C. Shomper was the arresting officer. Carter was released by a District Court Commissioner on Personal Recognizance hours later. On June 18, 2013, around 8:43 pm, Deputies responded to a residence on Leachburg Road in Lexington Park for a reported disturbance. Investigation revealed Orbin Hans Carter, 28, of Lexington Park was an unwanted guest at the victim’s residence and refused to leave when requested by the victim. Deputy A.
