Delivering the keynote address at the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) 2013 Manufacturing Summit yesterday, House Speaker John Boehner highlighted the Republican Plan for Economic Growth & Jobs, and laid out a vision for making America a Nation of Builders once again.
