On Friday, August 23, as a result of regular sex offender checks, it was revealed that two offenders were not in compliance. Gary Leon Davenport, 49, a Tier III lifetime sex offender residing in Lexington Park, was taken into custody and charged with failure to register upon release from a detention center. An arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Christopher Quesenberry, 27, a Tier III lifetime registered sex offender. Quesenberry had a Mechanicsville, Maryland address but has moved from that address and his whereabouts are unknown.
