For the second time this year, narcotics detectives with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office have arrested the same two people in connection with distributing drugs. Peter Nikolai, 30, and his wife, Kristen, 24, were arrested last week after detectives completed a recent investigation in which the Nikolai’s were suspected of dealing marijuana from their house in the 6200 block of Panther Court in Waldorf. Investigators served a search warrant on Aug. 20 and found $4200.00 worth of marijuana, distribution paraphernalia, suspected black tar heroin, various prescription medications, and more than $1,000 in cash. The Nikolai’s were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Investigators also seized their two cars. In January, Peter and Kristen (who was charged under the name Kristen Stockman at that time), were charged with selling drugs out of the same house after detectives received a tip from Charles County Crime Solvers of alleged drug dealing. At that time, investigators found plastic bottles, plastic bags, and other containers filled with marijuana.
