On Saturday, September 14, 2013, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm, the Anne Arundel County Animal Control will be hosting an “Adopt-A-Thon”. The event will be held at the Anne Arundel County Animal Control shelter located at 411 Maxwell Frye Road in Millersville, Maryland. During this event, adoption fees will only be $14. The “Adopt-A-Thon” will feature adoptable animals from Anne Arundel County Animal Control, adoptable animals from other local rescue groups and shelters, representatives from low cost spay/neuter clinics, educational tables including Humane Education and Bite Prevention, refreshments provided by the Anne Arundel County Alarmers, live music, a demonstration by the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s K-9 Unit and much more. Please join us on Saturday, September 14th and help us make this adoption event a success!
