The Haiti School Nurse Committee together with the Christian Formation Committee are pleased to announce that Les Petits Chanteurs are returning to Middleham and St. Peter’s on Monday evening September 16, 2013 at 7 pm. The concert is free will donation. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend. It is indeed an honor for our parish to host this extraordinary group. We invite your support by attending, and ask that you bring your friends and neighbors. Les Petits Chanteurs are a select group of singers ranging in age from 8 to 18. Over the years, ensembles from Holy Trinity Music School have performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., at Lincoln Center in New York City, at the Smithsonian, at Tanglewood with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, with the Chicago Children’s Choir and at more than 90 churches across the United States. The Holy Trinity Cathedral complex in Port-au-Prince was completely destroyed in the Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake. Before the earthquake, the Cathedral’s Music School served more than 1,000 students.
