Position Title: Treasurer / Director of Finance & Budget Job Summary: Performs professional and administrative work in managing the Town’s financial, accounting, procurement and budgeting operations. Serves as the chief financial officer for the Town and reports to the Mayor. Plans, organizes and directs programs, activities and services designed to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of Town finances, including budget preparation, collection of all Town revenues, and disbursement of all monies. Maintains custody of all public monies and responsible for the administration of purchasing and contract procedures pursuant to the Town Charter.
