The following roads will be closed on Friday, December 6th from 4:00 to 9:00 pm for the Annual Light Up the Town: • 3rd Street at Chesapeake Avenue • Bay Avenue between 3rd and 5th Streets. The following roads will be closed on Saturday, December 7th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the Pat Carpenter Holiday Parade, Santa on the Beach and the Holiday Fair on 5th Street: • Bay Avenue, between 1st and 7th Streets • 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Streets at Chesapeake Avenue.
