Each Friday, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit will highlight one individual who has an open warrant but has been difficult to locate. This week’s fugitive is Kathleen Megan Arnold Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Kathleen Megan Arnold, 30, of Huntingtown. Arnold currently has two outstanding warrants for failure to appear on drug distribution charges. Arnold is 5’10”, 130lbs., and has blonde hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information about Arnold’s whereabouts is asked not to approach her but rather call the CCSO Warrant Unit at (301) 932-2222.
