The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners announces the following office and facility closures for the Christmas and New Year holidays: • All Calvert County government offices will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25 and Wednesday, January 1. Offices will close at noon Tuesday, December 31. • The Calvert Pines, Southern Pines and North Beach senior centers will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25, and Wednesday, January 1. The centers will close at noon December 31. Meals on Wheels will not be delivered on December 25 or January 1, but will be delivered on December 24 and 31. • Calvert Library locations will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25. Libraries will close at 5 pm Tuesday, December 31, and be closed Wednesday, January 1. • Public transportation will not be in service on Tuesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 25 or Wednesday, January 1, and will close at noon December 31.
