The holidays are a time to celebrate and share good will for many in our community. As we enjoy this special time, I am asking for your help. Please keep our roadways safe by not drinking and driving. Please lock your vehicles and remove items of value from them when they are unattended. And most importantly, be aware of your surroundings, and report any activity you feel is suspicious. You will see an increased presence of deputies in shopping areas on bicycles, on foot, and in patrol vehicles and increased DUI enforcement efforts through the end of the year.
