Mattawoman Creek Art Center will present: Art from Recycled Trash: A multimedia open show April 25 to May 25, 2014 EARLY CALL FOR ENTRY: This is an early notification to all artists to allow time to create entries. The goal of this show is to use items that no longer have use as intended, or have been discarded, to create art forms that can be displayed and enjoyed by the art community. Create interesting visual objects out of every day items like cardboard, paper, cans, bottles, old tools, toys, wood, metal, objects from nature, and more. A traditional call for entry will be issued a few weeks before the show with specific art delivery dates and times. There are specific rules for this show only, and most of the standard rules for MCAC Open Shows will not apply.
