Warrant Service – On Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 2:00 pm, Tpr C. Ruth served a Bench Warrant on George Dwayne Mulloy, 27, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary’s County with a charge of Violation of Probation. Mr. Mulloy was located at the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. Drug Arrest – On Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 9:20 pm, TFC J. Gibson initiated a traffic stop on a passenger car on Indian Bridge Road at Park Drive for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS. Gary David Giles, 58, of Leonardtown was arrested and charged with CDS Possession – Marijuana.
