Peacefully on February 19, 2014, James Ramsey departed this earthly life. Family and friends will unite on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Trinidad Baptist Church, 1611 Benning Rd. NE, Washington, D.C. from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Interment immediately following at Heritage Memorial Cemetery, Waldorf, MD.
