Four local teens recently spent part of their day watching the governmental process in Charles County when they “job shadowed” the County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 25. The students attended a scheduled Commissioners meeting where they took a part in the employee recognition ceremony. They observed presentations on the historic district designation and a charity tracker program. The group also had an opportunity to meet with staff members. The Charles County Board of Commissioners presented tokens to high school students. Pictured, left to right: Commissioner Vice President Reuben B. Collins, II (District 3); Melvina Brummitt (Henry E.
