The Daily Record, Maryland’s leading business publication, named Charles County Commissioner Debra M. Davis, Esq. (District 2) one of the Top 100 Women in the state of Maryland for the second time. The Daily Record’s Top 100 Women list, which dates back to 1996, recognizes high-achieving Maryland women making an impact through their leadership, community service, and mentoring. “I am honored to have been selected for the second time for such a prestigious award, and to be one of the first to bring this recognition to Charles County,” said Commissioner Davis. “As a lawyer, business person and community activist, I am proud to stand among many great women leaders throughout the state of Maryland.” Commissioner Davis began serving her first term on the Board of Commissioners in 2010.
