Pacific Tensions, Today’s Headlines are Focus of 8th Patuxent Defense Forum — April 23 On Tuesday, April 23, The Patuxent Partnership (TPP) joins the Center for the Study of Democracy at St. Mary’s College of Maryland to host the 8th Annual Patuxent Defense Forum. This year’s topic is “Rivalries and Conflicts in the China Seas: How Can the U.S. Promote Greater Stability?” Panels will discuss “Balancing Economic and Maritime Interests in the China Seas,” “U.S. Defense Policies in South Asia” and “Asian Perspectives on China Sea Tensions.” The forum will be held in St. Mary’s College of Maryland’s Cole Cinema, Campus Center (18952 E.
