It pains me to write this but it is becoming more obvious by the day that those men in Benghazi were left to die. Whether through indecision or intentional neglect they were abandoned when they needed their government most. I traveled to a number of high threat zones during my 12 years with the Secret Service and did so knowing if we were in danger, help would come. I am devastated by the thought that these men expected the same and the call was unanswered.
