On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, Deputy Schultz responded to a residence on Daisy Lane in Lexington Park for a violation of a protective order. The alleged suspect Natia Amanda Milburn-Hall, 28, of Lexington Park, called the victim repeatedly in violation of an active protective order. The investigation revealed Milburn-Hall had called the victim over 15 times. Deputy Schultz located the suspect and placed her under arrest. She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Violation Protective Order, Telephone Misuse – Repeat Calls, and Harassment – Course of Conduct. According to court documents Milburn-Hall went before District Court Commissioner, Roy G Wetzel, and was released on his own personal recognizance on January 15, 2014.
