Services: A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 10:00 AM in Holy Angels Catholic Church, Avenue, MD with Father Charles Cortinovis officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Mary’s, P.O. Box 625, Leonardtown, MD 20650, Seventh District Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 7, Avenue, MD 20609 and/or the Seventh District Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 206, Avenue, MD 20609. Visitation: The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with prayers recited at 7:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtwon, MD.
